I am an applied economist interested in the intersection of Environmental and Development Economics. I am especially interested in studying the drivers and consequences of environmental and agricultural change in vulnerable settings, with a focus on how communities are impacted by these stressors and how they can build resilience to these shocks.
Starting in the Fall 2025 semester, I will be joining Kenyon College as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Studies and Economics.
I completed my PhD in The Ohio State University's Department of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics (AEDE).
I completed my undergraduate at Dickinson College with a major in Economics and Environmental Studies.
I am from Kathmandu, Nepal.
